Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 4 Hoagie Rolls
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the diced peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Spoon the mixture into hoagie rolls and serve hot.
