  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste white pepper
  • 2 slices green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
  2. 2. Add the cornstarch mixture and soy sauce, stir well.
  3. 3. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the broth with a whisk.
  4. 4. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
