Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork or ground turkey
- 1 small Onion diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 bag Coleslaw Mix 14 oz
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce or tamari for gluten-free
- 1 tablespoon Ginger fresh, grated
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions sliced
1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook until fragrant.
3. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
4. Stir in coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Cook until cabbage is tender.
5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
