Egg Salad Sandwiches

Main Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs hard-boiled
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Chives
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 8 slices Bread your choice
1. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Let them cool, then peel and chop them.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and chives. Mix well.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Spread the egg salad mixture onto slices of bread. Top with another slice of bread.
5. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
