Main Ingredients
- 8 large Egg whites
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- ½ cup Bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup Onion diced
- ¼ cup Cheese shredded
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, diced onion, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and slightly golden on top.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
