Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken cooked
  • 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
  • 8 pieces Tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Diced Onions
  • 1 cup Sour Cream for serving

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and half of the enchilada sauce.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and diced onions on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot with sour cream on the side.
