Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Shredded Chicken cooked
- 1 cup Enchilada Sauce
- 8 pieces Tortillas corn or flour
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 cup Diced Onions
- 1 cup Sour Cream for serving
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and half of the enchilada sauce.
Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese and diced onions on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot with sour cream on the side.
