Escarole and Beans Recipe
A simple and hearty dish featuring escarole and beans.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 head Escarole chopped
- 2 cans Cannellini Beans drained and rinsed
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add chopped escarole and cook until wilted.
4. Stir in cannellini beans and chicken broth.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
