Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 piece carrot diced
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, heat some oil and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken and cook until it turns white.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the cabbage and cooked macaroni. Stir well.
  7. 7. Pour in the evaporated milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
