Main Ingredients
- 1 lb White fish fillets cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup Corn kernels optional
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer.
5. Add the fish pieces and cook until the fish is opaque and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
6. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Add corn if using.
7. Simmer for another 5 minutes, then serve hot.
