Ingredients 

Fish Tacos Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets such as cod or tilapia
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 8 pcs Small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 pc Lime cut into wedges
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Add fish fillets and coat evenly.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. 3. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble tacos by placing fish in tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, a squeeze of lime, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
