Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 4 French rolls
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic powder and onion powder.
  3. 3. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Add sliced roast beef to the skillet and heat through.
  5. 5. Slice French rolls and place on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Assemble sandwiches by placing beef on rolls. Serve with a small bowl of au jus for dipping.
