  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, soak chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring it's well coated.
  5. 5. Fry the chicken in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove chicken and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
