  • 1 package Frozen Hash Browns thawed
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped onion. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
