  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
