  • 4 Tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 Red Onion sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives pitted
  • 200 g Feta Cheese cubed
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  2. 2. Add the cubed feta cheese on top.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
