Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour dressing over the pasta salad and toss to coat evenly.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
