  • 4 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
  • 0.5 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
