Greek Yogurt Egg Salad Sandwich
A healthier twist on the classic egg salad sandwich using Greek yogurt.

Main Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs hard-boiled
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 slices Whole Grain Bread toasted
1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the chopped eggs to the bowl and mix well.
4. Spread the egg salad mixture onto toasted whole grain bread slices.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
