- 2 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 slices cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
Place cheese slices on top of the peanut butter.
Top with the second slice of bread.
Butter the outside of both slices of bread.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
