Grilled Cheese de Mayo Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, using mayo for a crispy, golden finish.

- 4 slices Bread Any type you like
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise For spreading
- 4 slices Cheese Cheddar or American
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
3. Place two slices of bread, mayo side down, on the skillet. Top with cheese slices.
4. Cover with remaining bread slices, mayo side up.
5. Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.
