Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
  4. 4. While the burgers are grilling, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté until tender.
  5. 5. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with sautéed mushrooms.
