  • 4 slices Bread sourdough or ciabatta works well
  • 4 slices Cheese mozzarella or cheddar
  • 4 slices Tomato thinly sliced
  • 1 handful Spinach fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Pesto optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. Assemble the panini by layering cheese, tomato, spinach, and pesto (if using) between slices of bread.
  3. Place the sandwich in the panini press and grill for about 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from the press, slice in half, and serve immediately.
