  • 4 links Sausage Italian or your choice
  • 2 Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  4. While the sausages are cooking, place the peppers and onions on the grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Remove the sausages and vegetables from the grill. Serve the sausages with the grilled peppers and onions on top.
