Gurkensalat German Cucumber Salad Recipe
Classic German cucumber salad with a tangy and sweet dressing.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
In a bowl, mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper until sugar dissolves.
Add cucumbers and onions to the bowl.
Toss to coat.
Sprinkle with dill.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
