  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add cucumbers and onions to the bowl.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with dill.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
