Ingredients 

Gyoza Filling

  • 200 g Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 pack Gyoza Wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
  3. 3. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
  4. 4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  5. 5. Place gyoza in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  6. 6. Add a splash of water to the skillet and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
