  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Oil optional
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Serve immediately with your gyoza or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
