Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili Oil optional
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
Serve immediately with your gyoza or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
