Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Honey optional
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper optional
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add turmeric powder and stir well.
3. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add honey and black pepper if using, stir well.
5. Pour into a cup and enjoy warm.
