Hamburger Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 cups Frozen Corn
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Stir in the frozen corn, dried basil, and dried oregano.
4. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
