Hawaiian Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 1 cup Diced ham
- 1 cup Shredded coconut
- 1 cup Chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 cup Mandarin orange segments drained if canned
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Honey
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple chunks, diced ham, shredded coconut, chopped macadamia nuts, and mandarin orange segments.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
