Main Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown, about 10 minutes.
Add chopped onion, salt, pepper, and paprika. Continue to cook until potatoes are crispy and onions are caramelized, about 10 more minutes.
