Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into cubes
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 large Red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 large Green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 large Onion, cut into chunks
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and garlic.
Add chicken to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
