Main Ingredients
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is emulsified.
Add minced garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk again to combine.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
