Mornay Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups Milk
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and slightly browned.
