Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Dill, chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until softened.
Add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become tender.
Stir in paprika and flour, cook for another minute.
Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and dill, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with additional dill if desired.
