- 500 g Chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 cup Yogurt for marination
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and spices. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
Add tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
