Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Diced pineapple
  • 1 cup Diced ham
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the diced ham and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the cooked rice and diced pineapple.
  5. 5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix well.
  6. 6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
