  • 4 large Eggs boiled
  • 2 tablespoon Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 4 slices White bread crusts removed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool them in ice water.
  2. 2. Peel the eggs and mash them in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add Japanese mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper to the mashed eggs. Mix well.
  4. 4. Spread the egg mixture onto two slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches.
  5. 5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
