Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Green Onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Push the vegetables to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice to the wok and mix everything together.
  6. 6. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and stir well to combine.
  7. 7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. 8. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
