  • ½ head Cabbage shredded
  • 1 carrot Carrot julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and julienned carrot.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
