Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, soy sauce, and mirin until well combined.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly oil it with vegetable oil.
3. Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan, tilting to spread it evenly.
4. Once the egg is set but still slightly soft, roll it up to one side of the pan.
5. Pour another thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan, lifting the rolled egg to let the mixture flow underneath.
6. Repeat the process until all the egg mixture is used up and you have a rolled omelette.
7. Remove from the pan and let it cool slightly before slicing into pieces.
