  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 1 pc Red Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Green Bell Pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Red Onion cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  4. 4. Brush the skewers with the olive oil mixture.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
