Kidney Bean Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Kidney beans cooked and drained
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the kidney beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
