  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 4 potatoes diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced kielbasa, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sausage is heated through and the vegetables are tender, about 5 more minutes.
