Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Carrots, diced
- 2 stalks Celery, diced
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Orzo Pasta
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill, chopped
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add diced onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add the orzo pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in the cooked chicken and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir in fresh dill before serving.
