Limoncello Recipe
A refreshing Italian lemon liqueur.

Main Ingredients
- 10 pieces Lemons organic, unwaxed
- 1 liter Vodka high-proof
- 4 cups Water
- 3 cups Sugar
Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
Place the lemon peels in a large jar and add the vodka.
Seal the jar and let it sit for at least 7 days.
After 7 days, strain the liquid to remove the peels.
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
Let the syrup cool, then mix it with the infused vodka.
Bottle the limoncello and store in the freezer.
