Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Lemons organic, unwaxed
  • 1 liter Vodka high-proof
  • 4 cups Water
  • 3 cups Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith.
  2. Place the lemon peels in a large jar and add the vodka.
  3. Seal the jar and let it sit for at least 7 days.
  4. After 7 days, strain the liquid to remove the peels.
  5. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  6. Let the syrup cool, then mix it with the infused vodka.
  7. Bottle the limoncello and store in the freezer.
