Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef liver
  • 2 large Onions sliced
  • ½ cup Flour
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse liver and pat dry. Slice into thin strips.
  2. 2. In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge liver slices in flour mixture.
  3. 3. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft and golden.
  4. 4. Push onions to the side of the skillet. Add liver slices and cook until browned on both sides.
  5. 5. Serve liver and onions hot.
