Lobster Bisque Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 cups Fish Stock
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Tomato Paste
- 1 lb Lobster Meat cooked and chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion, celery, and minced garlic. Cook until soft.
3. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the fish stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Blend the mixture until smooth using a blender.
6. Return the mixture to the pot and stir in the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika.
7. Add the cooked lobster meat and simmer for another 10 minutes.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
