Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked lobster meat
  • 1 cup Diced celery
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh dill
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the lobster meat until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Let it cool and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, diced celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped dill.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
