Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mahi Mahi fillets cut into strips
  • 8 Tortillas small size
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture onto the Mahi Mahi fillets.
  3. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing fish strips in the tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
