Mai Tai Ingredients
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 0.5 oz orange curaçao
- 0.5 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
- 0.25 oz orgeat syrup
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 1 lime wheel for garnish
- 1 mint sprig for garnish
1. Add white rum, dark rum, orange curaçao, lime juice, orgeat syrup, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well until chilled.
3. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
